I’m Crystal — a Christian, a wife, and a proud mom of six beautiful children. My journey into birth work didn’t begin in a classroom; it began in the delivery room. After walking through my own pregnancies, births, and postpartum recoveries, I felt a calling to support other women and families through this sacred and transformative time.
As a certified and state-licensed birth and postpartum doula, I provide client-centered care grounded in real-life experience, faith, and evidence-based practices. I created Do It Doula to be a safe space where families feel seen, heard, and supported — regardless of background or beliefs. Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to walk beside you.

At Do It Doula, I offer a wide range of in-person and virtual support services tailored to your needs — from pregnancy and labor to postpartum healing. Whether you’re looking for birth coaching, emotional guidance, newborn care, or placenta encapsulation, my services are always personalized and empowering.
- Birth Doula Support – Physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy and labor. Includes help with birth plans, comfort techniques, informed decisions, continuous support, and partner coaching.
- Postpartum Doula Support – In-home or virtual assistance during the 4th trimester. Includes newborn care guidance, emotional check-ins, sibling support, light housework, and more.
- Virtual Doula Packages – Ideal for military families or those outside of my service area. Includes scheduled virtual sessions, text support, and labor coaching from afar.
- Custom Care Plans – Flexible, mix-and-match packages that adapt to your needs — including consultations, coaching, or full-service doula care.
- Placenta Encapsulation Services – Safe, respectful, and hygienic placenta encapsulation services prepared in a dedicated space with full transparency.
